As both a lifestyle newborn photographer and a mom myself, I take a calm and peaceful approach to your newborn session.
My name is Susannah, I am a follower of Christ, wife to my hardworking hubby, mama to two sweet little boys, and lover of photographs.
Being a mother is my greatest joy, I love helping moms create beautiful pictures with their new baby to remember those first days with your new baby. I help you relax and feel comfortable in front of my camera so that your true personalities can really shine through, creating timeless treasured pieces of art that you'll cherish.
For me, the newborn days are sacred - They are so brief, and there are so many moments of bonding, growing, and learning, as that new little life is welcomed into the world. I never want to waste a single minute of that time. Booking is simple and easily done from your phone.
You can reach out via my contact form to get started with your personalized photography session.
Once your session is booked, I'll send you a questionnaire to help me get to know you.
My goal as your photographer is to come alongside you in the session prep to make it stress-free and simple, and set you and your family up for an incredible session.
After reading your questionnaire, I send you location and wardrobe styling suggestions tailored specifically to your family, you also get access to my growing client closet.
I'm available for you to reach out every step along the way, and will send you emails with guidance leading up to your session so that you are never left wondering what to do.
You did it!!! Baby is born and you're recovering. Send me a text or an email and I will send you my availability so that we can pick a date within the next couple of weeks.
When the day of the session arrives, no need to try and get out the door on time with your new baby. Stay where it is familiar and cozy and let me come to you!
If you have picked a dress from my client closet, I will bring that to your home as well. We can take our time so that baby isn't stressed or rushed, with plenty of time for baby to nurse or have diaper changes along the way.
The newborn stage is my favorite - That time is so precious to me, I soak it up with each baby that I have. It is an honor for me to be welcomed into your home during this time to capture these memories, I will never rush you or your sweet baby.
No need to try and narrow it down to a few favorites, I provide you with all the best photos from your session!
Within a month of your session, you'll receive your downloadable high-resolution digital files with a print release in a beautiful online gallery from which you can easily download your images, order professional quality prints and products, and share your favorites with friends and family on social media. You also receive a significant print credit with every session!
The newborn days pass too quickly to not document them.

Do you come to our house?
A.Yes! I specialize in in home newborn photography, (if the weather allows, I am totally willing to do an outdoor newborn session instead)
As a homebody myself, I love capturing the intimate way a family is together in their home.
How does your client closet work?
A.You can look through my client closet and pick out your favorites. Once you let me know which ones you like best, I will help style the rest of your family. I will bring your favorite dresses to your session so that you can try them on and use the one that you like best.
If you don't find a dress that you like, I can help provide you with some great options from online retailers that I love.
If you're like me, your mama-heart aches as you feel the moments slipping away with your little ones. You're so excited to see who they will grow to be, and love their ever emerging personality, but you see how fast the days are passing and yearn for time to slow down so that you can hold your baby a little longer.
