The Problem with Google Photos (and other platforms)
When I first started out as a photographer, I had no idea how important the photo delivery experience was. I just wanted to get my clients their images quickly. For a while, I used Google Photos. But honestly? It didn’t feel professional, it didn’t reflect the level of care I was putting into their session, and it definitely didn’t offer the kind of experience I wanted to give my families. I’ve tried so many platforms since then, searching for something that felt beautiful, easy to use, and genuinely helpful, not just for me, but for the people I serve. Photo gallery delivery is a huge part of your client experience and how they view their photos. These galleries are beautiful and customizable, I can easily add my logo to create beautifully branded photo galleries for phone apps or website viewing, and there is print store integration too!
2. Client Portal for a Great Client Experience
My biggest emphasis in my business is my client’s experience. I want my families to be so well served.
I love that Cloudspot allows for me to create a client portal for every client so that they can easily view their invoice, contract, PDF guides, galleries (this is where I put my client closet and location guide before their session), and any past galleries they’ve had from previous sessions with me. It is beautiful, functional, and so convenient!
3. Built in CRM Tools: Invoice, Contracts, and More
Already, there is a great “Studio” side of Cloudspot that is in addition to their galleries, and is no additional fee (which is WILD!) Invoices, questionnaires, contracts, and lead forms are all there!
You can easily create projects for new clients and set up their client portal. It is totally functional as is, and has so many great features.
However, because convenience and ease for my clients is such a big deal to me - I really value letting my clients easily select a date from my calendar and do all the booking for themselves instead of needing to email back and forth with me, so I have been paying for an additional subscription to provide this for my clients.

Why I'm Excited About CloudSpot's Booking Feature
I have been using it in beta form and I am so thrilled - I will be able to cancel an extra subscription soon and have my clients conveniently book directly from my website all through Cloudspot, they’ll receive their invoice, sign their contract, and get an automated email all at once.
